Step 1, Evaluation: You’ll be assigned your own event security coordinator, who will meet with your event planning team and visit your event location for a full survey of the venue.
Step 2, Planning: Your event security coordinator will create a customized security plan based on your event and venue details.
Step 3, Training: We’ll train your event staff and ours to execute the customized security plan.
Step 4, Staffing & Management: We’ll provide the security staff you need to make sure your event runs smoothly, plus a Security Director to serve as our staff’s first point of contact, freeing your event planner to focus on other things.
Step 5, Reporting: What went well? What could have been done better? We’ll do a complete event security recap to add to your own post-event report.
Step 6, Improvement Planning: We’ll update your security plan to make the next event even more efficient.
